After a two-year overhaul and the fitment of ETCS signalling equipment, "Tornado" finally returned to service at the Nene Valley Railway. We set up our stand at Wansford station to support the return.
On display was our full set of 25 replica cast resin ‘footballer’ nameplates—a stunning sight that attracted a great deal of interest. Richard Taylor, Brian Hall, and John Pearson manned the stand for a busy weekend.
