Marking 200 years since the Stockton to Darlington Railway, the B17 Trust attended the "Greatest Gathering" at Derby. The centrepiece of our display was the assembly of the B17 Smokebox Door, complete with Ring, Seal, Hinge Straps, and Dart.
Floor-mounted on a pallet with a dark green background, the sheer size of the assembly proved to be an enormous eye-catcher. It was a successful display of B17 engineering history.
