Set in the idyllic Cotswolds, the GWSR operated an intensive timetable between Cheltenham Racecourse and Broadway. Eleven steam locomotives worked the line, including two mid-Victorian industrial designs and an Austerity loco.
The railway spectacle was supported by steam road locomotives and rollers. The B17 stand was located in the marquee at Toddington, one of only three stands dedicated to steam new builds. Thanks to Nicolas Wheatley, Carol, and David Hancox for their support.
